Unfortunately, and as always, photos are misleading, and you end up paying over 400$ for a night, the price you pay for 5 Star Hotel in Nice, for a 3 star apartment worthing exactly the half. The photos don't show real views....

What would you highlight about Palais Hongran de Fiana
This is an exceptionally clean property and located within a great area, perfect for a couple.
The apartment was well located within the busy area of the old town, the port was within walking distance and the beach was a stone throw away. There was also great access to buses, trams and trains. The apartment was so clean and decorated very quirky. It was exactly how the pictures were advertised. Plenty of space for a couple. All facilities were included, including beach towels. The staff was really friendly upon arrival and super quick in accessing the property. Lovely view of the old town. The stair case up to the apartment is stunning!
Our only qualm was the shower head didn’t stay up properly however this is easily fixed and we just wedged it in place.

A very pleasant stay in a special building with an exceptional livation.
Truly outstanding location!
Could be a difficult location for light sleepers - on several nights we were awakened by people playing football and loud music on the promenade from 2-4am.
